Empowering Connections, Inspiring Possibility
SageNet is the single, accountable partner unifying connectivity and digital experiences for widely distributed enterprises. We design, deploy, manage, and monitor critical infrastructure across thousands of locations. Our U.S.-based Network Operations Centers operate 24/7, and our national field force delivers consistent outcomes from pilot to scale.
Trusted connections guide how we work and what we build. On the networking and digital side, it means reliable, secure, and visible systems that keep every store, every screen, and every customer connected. On the human side, it means transparent communication, collaborative problem solving, and long-term partnerships with our customers, teammates, and communities.
With a three-decade track record in managed services, SageNet boasts a long-term customer base that includes some of the nation’s largest retail, restaurant, c-store, and financial brands. Headquartered in Tulsa, SageNet has regional offices in Atlanta, Toronto, and Washington, D.C.
You’ll play a hands-on role in expanding how AI is used across SageNet, helping employees move from simply using AI tools to applying them in meaningful ways that improve how work gets done. Working closely with the Chief Information Officer, Director of AI, technology leadership, and teams across the organization, you’ll help identify valuable use cases, build and support agents and automations, deliver practical training, and enable employees to confidently adopt AI in their day-to-day work. Part educator, part builder, and part change catalyst, you’ll connect people, processes, and technology to help turn SageNet’s AI strategy into practical, measurable results.
During your first year, you will help move SageNet from broad access to AI tools toward meaningful, measurable AI adoption across the organization. Success means employees are increasingly confident using AI in their daily work, departments are identifying and implementing valuable automation opportunities, and SageNet’s model-agnostic AI framework is becoming the standard foundation for new AI initiatives.
You’re naturally curious about AI and emerging technology, but what really motivates you is figuring out how to put it to work. You enjoy experimenting, solving problems, and helping others become more confident with new tools. You can move comfortably between technical and business conversations, turn complex concepts into practical guidance, and bring structure to ideas that may still be taking shape. You’re a self-directed learner who thrives in an evolving environment and is energized by the opportunity to help shape how an organization works with AI.
This role works closely with leaders, technical teams, AI Champions, and business teams across SageNet. The position requires the ability to collaborate effectively across a distributed organization while independently managing projects, learning initiatives, AI use cases, and competing priorities.
