People Inc. is hiring an AI Editorial Operations Manager to lead the integration and operational execution of AI editorial initiatives for external partners. In this client-facing role, you will serve as the primary liaison between People Inc’s AI Operations team and editorial stakeholders, both internal and external, delivering AI-enabled editorial solutions tailored to client expectations.
This role reports to the VP, AI Editorial Operations and will work closely with client-side contacts, internal brand editors, tool developers, and other People Inc. stakeholders to implement scalable, high-impact editorial workflows using AI. Your work will help maintain and evolve partner editorial teams’ excellence through AI, balancing innovation with quality and strategic alignment.

4+ years experience in editorial operations, digital publishing, or AI-enabled content workflows—preferably including direct client partnership experience.
Demonstrated success navigating high-stakes relationships and delivering results for demanding stakeholders.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content creation, workflow automation, and editorial support.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Experience supporting change management initiatives in fast-paced or complex environments.
Data fluency: Ability to assess and report on editorial tool impact using structured insights.
Coding experience is a plus but not required.

Pay Range
Salary: Remote: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Meredith’s total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
