Anthropic’s Fellows Program supports AI research and engineering talent with funding and mentorship, regardless of prior experience. Fellows primarily use external infrastructure to work on projects aligned with research priorities, aiming to produce a public output such as a paper submission.

The next cohort starts January 2027, with rolling applications. The program runs for 4 months full-time, includes weekly stipends and benefits, and provides substantial compute funding.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Python programming.
• Available to work full-time on the Fellows program.
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• Minimum field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.

Responsabilités

• Four months of full-time research.
• Direct mentorship from Anthropic researchers.
