Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional writing experience in vertical short dramas or mobile-first episodic content.
• Fluent English writing with strong dialogue and pacing.
• Experience crafting female-driven stories with strong hooks and emotional payoffs.
• Proficiency with Final Draft or similar screenwriting software.

Responsibilities

• Develop original concepts, outlines, and scripts for vertical dramas; 60–80 episodes per series, 1–2 minutes each.
• Create hooks, reversals, payoffs, and cliffhangers to engage mobile viewers and support paid ads.
• Collaborate with Executive Producers and AI production teams to ensure continuity and visual feasibility.
