Responsibilities

• Lead user-centered research, strategy, and design for complex digital and enterprise products.
• Facilitate interviews, workshops, journey mapping, usability testing, and evidence-based decision making.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX leadership, engineering, data science, and cross-functional partners using Figma, JIRA, Scaled Agile, and LLM tools.
