You will apply Python, SQL, and AI tools to automate workflows, monitor risk, and deliver actionable insights for the desk, with adaptability for extended hours to meet global trading demands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in front-office operations, quant development, or blended risk/workflow roles.
• Strong Python (AI/ML) and SQL skills; experience with AI workflows is a plus.
• Solid understanding of P&L attribution, market risk indicators, and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end trading operations and performance analysis with AI support.
• Develop real-time risk models and dashboards for the trading desk.
• Ensure data integrity across trading systems and finance ledgers.
• Create AI-driven reporting and analyses for trading performance.
