LogicGate is seeking a Software Engineer: Test (SDET) to build AI-enhanced automated testing frameworks for the Risk Cloud platform. You will embed AI-driven tooling across test authoring, regression analysis, and coverage expansion to accelerate delivery and raise precision.

You will design robust automation suites, expand test coverage, and diagnose complex regressions while partnering with product, engineering, QA analysts, and DevOps in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in software test automation or backend engineering in SaaS.
• Strong TypeScript or scripting language experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Experience using AI coding assistants in normal workflows.
• Deep understanding of Fowler's Testing Pyramid and API tests.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks and end-to-end suites.
• Validate backend APIs and integration layers following the testing pyramid.
• Expand team testing efforts and guide QA analysts on automation practices.
• Diagnose and isolate test automation failures using logs and monitoring tools.
• Author technical documentation and runbooks within codebase and Confluence.
• Work with relational databases and data stores, leveraging AI to optimize test data.
• Collaborate in Agile sprints with product managers, developers, QA, and DevOps.
• Conduct code reviews and uphold team quality conventions.
• Define QA expectations and guidelines for the department.
