Job summary

Fujitsu Canada is seeking an Intermediate Developer to lead AI-assisted automated testing within our Microsoft 365 and Copilot ecosystem. You will design and build an AI-enabled testing framework and drive performance and regression testing to keep our solutions reliable and high quality.

This role requires hands-on experience building test automation from the ground up, strong programming skills, and the ability to set technical direction in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience designing/building automated testing frameworks, not only test cases.
• Strong programming skills in at least one language (Python/Java/C#/JavaScript).
• Hands-on with test automation tools (Selenium/Playwright/Cypress/pytest).
• Experience with performance/load testing tools (JMeter/k6/LoadRunner/Gatling).
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines and Git/Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem; strong analytics and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain a scalable AI-assisted automated testing framework.
• Lead performance, load, and stress testing; analyze results for bottlenecks.
• Develop regression suites to protect quality across releases.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to generate and optimize tests and data.
• Embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and shift-left practices.
• Validate AI-enabled features like intelligent search and automation.
• Define test strategy, metrics, and report to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior developers and testers, review automation code for quality.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure governance, security, and compliance.
