Job summary

Latham & Watkins seeks a Technology Training Attorney to create and deliver practical AI-focused training for attorneys, partnering with the Innovation team to align content with firm technology strategy. The role supports learning across Downtown LA or New York, with a hybrid/in-office schedule.

You will design content, work with instructional designers, and ensure learning meets evolving needs while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. JD and 3+ years of practice required.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent legal qualification.
• Minimum 3 years practicing law in a law firm or comparable setting.
• Experience at the intersection of legal practice, technology, and learning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Innovation team to align attorney training with AI strategy and approved technologies.
• Lead design of attorney-focused content with instructional designers and learning specialists.
• Establish trusted relationships with attorneys and practice groups to identify learning needs.
• Conduct feedback sessions, focus groups, and evaluations to improve training.
• Stay current with AI developments, legal tech, and adult learning to boost productivity.
• Protect confidential and proprietary information.
