Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Technology Strategy Manager/Senior Manager in the United States (Illinois) to help clients craft data-driven technology strategies leveraging AI and emerging technologies. You will shape technology in business strategy, lead client engagements, and drive growth through innovative operating models and thought leadership.

You will collaborate with senior executives, mentor teams, and develop practical roadmaps that translate strategic vision into actionable programs,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional work experience including operating model strategy, technology in M&A, tech value cost take-out, or technology driven revenue growth strategy, or AI-enabled transformation.
• Strong writing of business cases and leadership of large teams.
• Strategy consulting experience at a consulting firm (1 year for Manager; 3+ years for Senior Manager).

Responsibilities

• Manage a project or major workstream and mentor team members.
• Build relationships with senior clients and develop trusted advisor status.
• Drive thought leadership and intellectual capital on AI-enabled operating models.
• Support business development with AI-enabled proposals and tradeoffs.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and drive meaningful client outcomes.
