Job summary

OptimizeGEO is seeking a Technical SEO & AI Search Lead to own the technical SEO and GEO strategy for North America and LATAM clients.

You will audit crawlability, structured data, and AI‑related signals, run client calls, and translate findings into prioritized actions that improve AI visibility.

The role blends hands‑on execution with strategy, shaping proposals, dashboards, and playbooks while collaborating with product and engineering.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in technical SEO, SEO consulting, or client services.
• Experience auditing crawlability, structured data, and AI signals.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and deliver results.
• Strong written and verbal communication with CMOs and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of NA and LATAM clients, serving as day‑to‑day contact across marketing, SEO, and content.
• Lead onboarding, goal setting, KPI tracking, and quarterly business reviews.
• Audit and improve structured data, crawl access, and AI‑related visibility factors.
• Develop GEO roadmaps, prompt banks, and content/citation strategies.
• Partner with sales on technical discovery calls, audits, and demos.
