• Ability to influence Engineering, Product, Finance, and other partners through clear communication.
• Strong risk management, governance, and execution discipline across complex dependencies.
• Experience operating in engineering contexts and surfacing technical risks.
• Proven ability to scale mechanisms, templates, and tools for program execution.
• AI-first mindset with GenAI for planning, execution, and stakeholder communications.
• Familiarity with AI governance, data handling, and risk-aware design.
