Qualifications

• Undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record; 3.0 GPA preferred.
• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Authorized to work permanently in the United States.
• Experience or interest in research, data analysis, strategy, process improvement, technology, or AI is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work across multiple priorities.
• Curiosity, initiative, and openness to new ideas.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
