Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan lessons meeting individual needs within the Future 2 dyad and mixed-grade model.
• Create a conducive classroom environment with high expectations.
• Prepare lessons with accommodations and AI-supported learning tools.
• Maintain records and communicate progress and expectations to students/parents.
• Assist administration in implementing policies and managing student life and conduct.
• Serve as lead instructor during absences to ensure continuity of instruction.
