Job summary

Walker Healthforce is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruiting across our healthcare IT workforce. You will report to the VP of HR and partner with hiring managers to define needs, build pipelines, and drive the hiring process from intake to onboarding.

You will leverage Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and AI-enabled tools to source top talent, assess candidates, and improve hiring efficiency while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills and success engaging passive candidates.
• Comfort with using AI tools to improve productivity and recruiting workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through accepted offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, candidate profiles, hiring priorities, and timelines.
• Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and Boolean searches.
• Review resumes and conduct interviews to assess experience, skills, motivation, communication, and fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system.
