Support / Hotline, Consulting & Software Development Specialists (m/f/d)

For our modern, AI-powered Dealer Management System (DMS) CarIT, we’re looking for motivated team members (m/f/d) in several roles — whether you’re just starting your career or already bring solid experience.

ABOUT US

We are a fast-growing, international software company with offices in the USA, Germany, and the Netherlands. Our solutions help automotive dealerships digitalize their operations, use AI-driven insights to work more efficiently, and stay ready for the future.

1. Support / Hotline & Consulting Specialist (m/f/d) – CarIT DMS

Your role: You support and advise our customers in the German automotive market, help them in their day-to-day work with our DMS, and actively contribute to improving and digitalizing processes using modern technologies - including AI-powered features.

What you bring:

• A service-minded, customer-focused attitude
• Interest in IT, digital processes, and AI technologies
• Experience in support, consulting, or the automotive dealership environment is a plus
• Experience with the CarIT system is an advantage
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow with the role
• Openness to innovative technologies and their practical use
• English and/or Dutch are a plus, but not required

2. Financial Accounting Consultant / Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Your role: You support and advise our customers in financial accounting, assist with system implementations, optimize accounting processes, and serve as a key contact for functional and technical questions related to our financial modules.

What you bring:

• Solid knowledge of financial accounting
• A structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Experience with software-based accounting systems
• Experience with Tse:Nit / Addison is a plus
• Knowledge of the SKR 51 automotive chart of accounts is an advantage
• Strong consulting skills and enjoyment in working directly with customers
• Interest in digital workflows and modern technologies
• English and/or Dutch are a plus, but not required

3. Software Developer (m/f/d)

Your role: You design, develop, and enhance our software solutions using modern technologies, work on innovative features, and actively help shape the technical future of our products.

• BASIS BBj – the core technology behind our business applications
• Java and webforJ – our modern web UI framework for building web applications

What you bring:

• Strong programming skills in one or more of the technologies above
• Interest in modern software architecture and best practices
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
• Curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies
• Experience with BBj, Java frameworks, or web development is a plus
• Openness to AI-assisted development tools and workflows
• English and/or Dutch are a plus, but not required
