Job summary

GAINS is seeking a Project Manager, Supply Chain Design, to drive day-to-day execution of optimization projects for clients. You will build model structures in Supply Chain Architect, translate client data into inputs, and manage engagements from kickoff through delivery.

The role requires hands-on supply chain project experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate outputs and cost/benefit impacts to client leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Approximately 5 years of hands-on supply chain project experience.
• Proficiency with supply chain modeling tools, simulation software, and data analytics.
• Strong project management skills including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage supply chain optimization projects from initiation to completion.
• Own day-to-day project plan, milestones, risks, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep workstreams on schedule.
• Build and maintain model structures in Supply Chain Architect for engagements.
• Translate client data into validated model inputs and run scenarios.
• Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and quantify impacts.
• Communicate recommendations and outputs to client leadership; build client relationships.
• Prepare reports and deliver status updates on a regular cadence.
• Stay current on industry trends and contribute to method improvements.
