You'll work alongside founders to integrate structural knowledge into AI agents, shape the product roadmap, and deliver impactful solutions to clients in the AEC industry. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of structural design experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for automation. Qualifications

• 2+ years of structural design experience with familiarity of manual drafting challenges.
• Demonstrated QA/QC expertise with independent peer review experience.
• Ability to abstract specific project patterns into universal engineering logic.

Responsibilities

• Convert structural logic, material standards, and building codes into AI patterns.
• Collaborate with leadership to test features and maintain accuracy.
• Lead the implementation of AI-generated reviews for enterprise clients.
