• Manage JOLT annual strategic planning and reviews and quarterly leadership forums.
• Develop and own strategic program trackers, scorecards, and dashboards.
• Deploy AI-enabled PMO tools to deliver executive insights and accelerate execution.
• Identify cross-functional connections and initiatives with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and QA orgs.
• Organize and coordinate executive reviews, governance forums, and action tracking.
• Conduct strategic analysis on semiconductor industry trends to inform decisions.
