Hollingsworth & Vose in East Walpole, MA is building a Strategy Office and seeks a Manager, Strategy & Market Intelligence as a founding member. Reporting to the CSO, you will establish a market intelligence center of excellence to turn tribal knowledge into structured insights informing long-range planning, growth opportunities, and M&A activity.

You will engage with customers, industry experts, executives, and the Board, developing market context, opportunities, risks, and actionable

Competenze

• MBA required; post-MBA experience up to 4 years encouraged.
• Technical undergrad degree (engineering/sciences) a plus.
• Background in management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, or equity research preferred.
• Industrial/B2B market exposure, especially filtration, materials, or advanced manufacturing.
• Office-based at East Walpole, MA; hybrid schedule available.

• Build and maintain Market Intelligence Center of Excellence.
• Develop structured intelligence on core markets and adjacencies.
• Advise CSO and leaders on Long Range Plan, opportunities and risks.
