Job summary

Intuit is seeking senior software leaders to drive AI-enabled transformations across scalable cloud-based platforms. You will architect and deliver enterprise-class applications, mentor engineers, and partner with global teams to ship impactful AI-powered solutions.

The role emphasizes building durable software, applying best practices, and leveraging AI to enhance performance and customer value across markets.

Qualifications

7+ years of total experience delivering enterprise-class applications.
Solid foundation in scalable, accessible, internationalized, instrumented code.
Experience with cross-browser, cross-platform web and mobile constraints.
Strong knowledge of algorithms and design patterns.
Proficiency with JavaScript application design and testing.
Proficiency in Java or other mid-tier languages.
Experience with test automation: TDD, unit/integration/functional testing.
Experience with relational DB design and implementation.
Interest in CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with microservices, container tech, and container management systems (Kubernetes, Mesos).
Strong DB design experience (SQL, NoSQL) and analytics.
Experience in utility/cloud computing domain.
Experience deploying to cloud environments.
Proficiency in building AI models (LLM prompting, AutoML).
Experience monitoring AI performance in production and optimizing accordingly.
Ability to lead AI integration and mentor engineers.
Collaborative work with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers.

Responsibilities

Provide recommendations and best practices for app, platform, and developer tools.
Stay current with industry best practices and experiment with cutting-edge tech.
Inspire innovations to fuel Intuit's growth and address emerging business needs.
Partner with global teams across time zones.
Communicate clearly with all levels of staff and executives.
Identify opportunities to enhance software with AI integration.
Coach junior engineers on AI-enhanced software engineering and practice.
Launch AI integrations in production and measure impact on performance and user satisfaction.
