Job summary

Southern Company Services in Atlanta is seeking a Manager, Product Delivery to lead the Source to Pay product management across multiple platforms, leveraging Oracle ERP, IBM Maximo Procurement, and AI-enabled delivery to accelerate value and reduce manual work.

You will guide a team of analysts and developers, coordinate with business stakeholders and Scrum Masters, and drive a strategic roadmap while embedding AI and automation throughout the lifecycle to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, accounting, CS or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in electric or gas utility industry with 2+ years supervising software developers in Agile or Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate software development activities across multiple technology platforms to deliver Source to Pay capabilities with AI-assisted engineering.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine product vision and strategy.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap incorporating AI/automation to improve delivery efficiency and value.
• Define requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Break down features into user stories and leverage AI assistants to accelerate authoring and acceptance criteria.
