Fundraise Up is seeking a Solutions Program Manager to ensure segment teams operate with consistent standards and translate strategic direction into scalable programs that drive revenue outcomes, win rate, and deal velocity. You will work closely with segment Directors to align product launches and optimize workflows across teams.

You will lead AI-driven initiatives, maintain centralized playbooks and templates, and coordinate resource planning to accelerate growth for nonprofit-focused

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, or Strategy within a SaaS Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Customer Success organization.
• Proven track record owning cross-functional programs end to end — driving outcomes, not just coordinating activity.
• Strong process design instincts to identify bottlenecks and build fixes.
• Operational analytics fluency — comfort with productivity metrics and BI tools like Looker or Tableau, plus SQL.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI and automation tooling and measuring productivity ROI.
• Strong communication skills to translate data into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to earn trust across teams and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Management by Segment: surface workflow breaks and architect programs to fix them.
• Role Utilization: track conversion rates, cycle length, resource utilization, and qualification accuracy per segment.
• Cross-segment Resource Development: create reusable templates, catalogs, and playbooks; maintain documentation.
• AI & Automation Maintenance: use AI meaningfully, evolve capabilities, and ensure reliable agent quality while not hindering deal progression.
