Dotfile is seeking a highly technical Solutions Consultant to join our growing team in the US. You will sit at the intersection of Sales, Product, Engineering and our customers, mapping complex compliance challenges to Dotfile solutions and AI-enabled deployments.

You will own the technical journey from discovery through go-live, designing architectures, delivering demos, and guiding customers to production. Fluency in English and French is valued as we expand globally.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in Solutions Consulting or similar technical customer-facing role.
• Strong API, webhook, authentication and data-flow skills.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into clear technical solutions and automation opportunities.
• Comfort communicating architecture with engineers and senior executives.
• Eagerness to leverage AI tools to automate repetitive work.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and implementations in parallel.
• Experience in financial services, compliance or RegTech is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process and design solutions that address customer challenges.
• Lead technical discovery to understand compliance workflows, architecture and integration requirements.
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations and proofs of concept for real-world use cases.
• Architect end-to-end solutions using Dotfile’s platform, APIs, integrations and AI capabilities, and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.
• Own the technical success of customer implementations from design through go-live.
• Help customers identify opportunities to automate manual compliance processes and deploy AI capabilities.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to bring customer insights into product decisions.
• Use AI extensively to automate tasks, speed up solution design, and improve team efficiency.
