Job summary

CongruentX is seeking a senior Solution Architect to own the technical design end-to-end, translating business outcomes into a robust Dataverse/D365 solution. You will lead the data model, integration strategy, and security architecture for strategic engagements and shape where AI components belong in the architecture.

You will collaborate with Engagement Managers to ensure scoping aligns with what can be built with quality, and you will set standards, review configurations, and be the delivery

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of solution architecture experience.
• Deep D365/Dataverse expertise across Sales, CS, Field Service, or Power Platform.
• Experience designing integrations, data models, and security models for complex environments.
• Practical fluency with AI/agent frameworks — Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical design end-to-end and translate business outcomes into a scalable Dataverse/D365 architecture.
• Lead the data model, integration strategy, and security architecture for critical engagements.
• Set technical standards, review configurations and code, and serve as the go-to architect for delivery teams.
• Architect where AI/agent components belong, as part of core design, not an afterthought.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers to ensure scope aligns with build feasibility and quality.
