Responsibilities

• Deliver compelling new features for Gemini's applications efficiently, prioritizing performance and user experiences.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to translate user needs into intuitive app features within the Gemini ecosystem.
• Design and implement scalable app functionality with development best practices and day-to-day optimization.
• Establish clear expectations with individuals based on level/role and provide feedback and coaching.
• Define and communicate team priorities that support broader company goals.
