Job summary

This role focuses on AI-assisted development, productivity transformation, and governance, working with senior technical leaders to accelerate software delivery and quality while shaping the future of AI software engineering at the client. Hybrid onsite 3 days/week.

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in AI software engineering or related field.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and SDLC modernization.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and benchmark AI software engineering platforms (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
• Define AI-assisted software engineering standards, governance, and adoption frameworks.
• Lead adoption across multiple teams to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
