Job summary

StarTekk Inc in Irving, Texas is seeking an experienced AI Software Engineering Lead / IT Architect to accelerate AI-powered software development across enterprise engineering teams. You will set engineering standards, governance, and adoption strategies to drive productivity and software quality.

You will evaluate AI platforms such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and other coding agents; define reference architectures; mentor teams; and partner with product, platform, and security teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, software engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership experience.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and benchmark AI software engineering platforms.
• Define and implement AI-assisted software engineering standards and governance.
• Lead AI pilot initiatives and scale productivity solutions.
• Design agentic development workflows and reference architectures.
• Mentor teams and measure developer productivity and SDLC efficiency.
