Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) is seeking a motivated Software & AI Developer Student Assistant for the Fall semester. You will work with the Lead Developer to build, modernize, and scale internal applications using Java Spring and Vue.js, while gaining hands-on experience with databases, UiPath workflows, and AI features.

The role requires a CS/CE-related degree path, at least 6 credits, a 3.0+ GPA, and familiarity with Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL/Oracle, Linux, and DevSecOps tools.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Must be registered for at least 6 credit hours with your university
• 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA
• Basic programming experience in modern languages (Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with relational database concepts (SQL/Oracle).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
