Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with coursework or experience in software development.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and prompt engineering is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET Core and SQL Server.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, troubleshoot, maintain and modernize Realware/Collectware enterprise software.
• Develop applications and services using VB.NET, C#, .NET, WinForms, WPF/XAML, ASP.NET Core APIs, and SQL Server.
• Contribute to agentic workflows and AI-assisted development across the software lifecycle.
• Design and maintain database schemas, APIs, and integrations for scalable business solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate issues and deliver high-quality enhancements.
