Job summary

ON2IT B.V. is seeking a Security Operations Center analyst to join our Plano, TX team. You will analyze network activity, determine which threats are real, and configure controls to prevent next attacks.

You will work on-site in Plano, TX as part of our GSOC, using AI-enabled MDR Detect and our internal AI tooling. You will handle hands-on tasks with common network protocols and document your work for seamless handover.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a SOC/NOC or similar security-operations role
• Excellent English, spoken and written

Responsibilities

• Analyze anomalies, alerts and threats to decide what is real
• Fix security issues in routing and networks
• Configure security controls following Zero Trust principles
• Work hands-on with protocols (SSH, SSL, HTTPS, SMTP, DHCP)
• Document work to support smooth handovers
