Job summary

Goartemis is seeking a SOC Manager to lead and scale our managed detection and response (MDR) service, Apollo. This role combines leadership with hands-on incident response, ensuring the SOC operates at high standards. You will shape the SOC's operational protocols, mentor analysts, and serve as a key security advisor for customers.

Ideal candidates have at least 7 years of cybersecurity experience and leadership in a SOC environment, with a focus on quality assurance and efficient incident management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience, including leadership in a SOC, MSSP, or MDR environment.
• Proven experience in building or running SOC/MDR operations.
• Strong knowledge of incident response across cloud and endpoint environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the MDR operation, evolving the Artemis Apollo SOC.
• Set the operating standard and continuously improve SOPs and runbooks.
• Review analyst verdicts and enforce quality assurance.
