Qualifications

• Proven experience writing or developing short-form serialized drama.
• Experience in a short-drama streaming platform, production studio, or studio producing content for short-drama platforms.
• Strong understanding of mobile-first storytelling, hooks, pacing, cliffhangers and episodic structure.
• Familiarity with production processes and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with high-volume content environments and rapid iteration.
• Ability to use performance data to inform creative decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and refine short-form serialized drama scripts.
• Work with AI writing tools to generate, develop, and iterate story ideas and scripts.
• Provide structured feedback on AI-generated content to improve scripts and tools.
• Apply audience and paid acquisition insights to inform future scripts.
• Help define a repeatable script development process from concept to production handoff.
• Ensure scripts are realistic, scalable, and suitable for short-form production.
• Collaborate with production, creative, and user acquisition teams.
