Job summary

UKi is seeking a Product Manager to own strategy, discovery, and prioritization for an assigned product area. You will translate customer and market insights into validated initiatives and work with UX Design and Engineering to bring features from concept to launch within the AI-driven development lifecycle.

You will lead AI-assisted prototyping when beneficial, document requirements, and communicate roadmap status and risks to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience owning discovery and roadmap decisions for a defined product area.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable saying no and explaining why.
• Working familiarity with agile delivery models.
• Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted prototyping and development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Lovable, v0).
• Experience working in an AI-assisted or AI-driven development lifecycle or rapid tooling adoption.

Responsibilities

• Leads AI-accelerated discovery to validate problems and solutions before Engineering time is committed.
• Partner with UX Design on research, validation, and design review; build AI prototypes when fastest to validate.
• Collaborates with Engineering from planning to delivery and maintains evidence for prioritization.
• Writes unambiguous, testable requirements and acceptance criteria for engineers, designers, and AI agents.
