UKI seeks a product leader to own strategy, discovery, and priority setting for an AI-enabled product area. You will validate problems using AI tooling, create prototypes when fastest, and partner with UX and Engineering to move concepts to launches.

You’ll drive requirement clarity, contribute to roadmap prioritization, and report on product success metrics post-launch. Strong communication and agile experience are essential.

Competenze

• 3–5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience owning discovery and roadmap decisions for a defined product area.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable saying no and explaining why.
• Working familiarity with agile delivery models.
• Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted prototyping and development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Lovable, v0).
• Experience in an AI-assisted or AI-driven development lifecycle, or rapid tooling adoption.

• Leads AI-accelerated discovery to validate problems and solutions before Engineering time is committed, partnering with UX Design on research and design review.
• When a working prototype is the fastest validation path, builds one with AI-assisted tools and tests it with customers and stakeholders.
• Writes unambiguous, testable requirements and acceptance criteria that engineers, designers, and AI agents can execute against, with a validated prototype or reference.
• Speaks with Engineering to turn roadmap priorities into a delivery plan and tracks product-level success metrics after launch.
