Job summary

B-Stock is seeking a product leader to own a domain of our marketplace end-to-end, from framing ambiguous problems to shipping measurable outcomes. You will define KPIs, partner with engineering and design, and drive initiatives with a data-driven, AI-native approach.

This role emphasizes rapid learning in unfamiliar domains, collaboration across teams, and delivering outcomes with clear rationale. The position is on-site three days a week in San Francisco with remote options on the other days.

Qualifications

• Track record of stepping into unfamiliar domains and delivering results.
• Ability to define and measure KPIs and outcomes.
• Comfort with analytics and experimentation tooling.
• Experience collaborating across engineering, design, data, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own a domain of the marketplace end to end, framing high-stakes problems to shipped outcomes.
• Frame problems clearly and be explicit about what would prove you wrong.
• Write PRDs and acceptance criteria for engineers to execute in one read.
• Own the KPI, ship, and iterate until it moves.
• Collaborate across orgs to pull in the right people and drive initiatives.
• Communicate outcomes first, with clear tradeoffs and rationale.
