Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is seeking a seasoned Technical Architect to join our Service Cloud team. You will be a customer-facing resource shaping Salesforce architectures and integrations with SAP, Oracle and MS Dynamics, while aligning with the AI team to deliver scalable dashboards.

With 5+ years on the Salesforce platform, you will design end-to-end solutions using Apex, Lightning Components and Visualforce, promote best practices, and work with global clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years on the Salesforce platform in a technical role.
• End-to-end project implementations with SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of multi-tenant and integration architecture.
• Solid CI/CD experience.
• Knowledge of PaaS & IaaS platforms such as Heroku, AWS, Azure.
• Hands-on development with Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce.
• Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application and System).
• Full English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Discuss reporting needs with business users to design dashboards and reports.
• Translate business reporting requirements into technical specifications.
• Provide insight on how to build reports and dashboards.
• Develop dataflows and lenses in Einstein Analytics to support requirements.
• Establish best practices for dataflow, lenses, dashboards development.
• Set operations and refresh standards aligned to data strategy.
