Amazon TD PACE within S&O seeks a product manager – technical (PM-T) to drive customer experience and product strategy for AI-centered systems used during robotics deployment in fulfillment centers. This role involves partnering with deployment teams, becoming the field expert on the tools, and shaping product direction to improve deployment quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

4+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Understand field problems and aggregate them into comprehensive use-cases.
Support a complex robotics deployment organization through in-field product feedback gathering
Evangelist of the product in the field, seeking new opportunities to increase depth and breadth of the installation base.
Establishes the tangible and intangible value proposition of solving the problems in the use-case.
Identifies capabilities to solve customer problems and works them into the strategy.
Communicate roadmap updates to stakeholders and customers.
Accountable to the customer for delivery of promised product value.
