Job summary

InterSystems is seeking a Risk and Compliance Project Manager to lead initiatives across Risk, Compliance, and Cybersecurity teams, driving compliance and cybersecurity programs throughout the organization. You will manage scope, timeline, costs, risks, and dependencies while leveraging AI tools to enhance planning, reporting, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Experience managing risk and compliance projects.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve planning, reporting and risk analysis.
• Strong stakeholder communication and governance skills.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity initiatives and regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timeline, costs/resources, risks and dependencies.
• Lead AI-enabled solution opportunities within compliance and cybersecurity.
• Ensure adherence to governance, steering and change control processes.
• Produce regular project reports and updates.
• Create and maintain project schedules using InterSystems tools including JIRA/Confluence.
