Socket.dev is hiring a Retail Allocator to help bridge planning, retail, and operations across the AMER region. You will support the transition to an AI-powered allocation system and leverage advanced analytics to optimize product availability and drive growth.

In this role you will analyze in-season performance, run test-and-learn initiatives, maximize inventory, and communicate insights to merchandising, planning, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data management and analytics.
• Experience in apparel or footwear is a plus.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and BI tooling required.
• Preferred degree in analytics, data science, economics or statistics.

Responsibilities

• AI Transition: support the move to an AI-powered allocation system and champion adoption.
• Trading & Analytics: use data to evaluate in-season performance and drive reviews.
• Inventory Maximization: optimize stock use and protect margins across seasons.
• Insights & Communication: translate data into clear, visual, actionable recommendations.
