This hybrid role requires expertise in program management and organizational design, focusing on R&D operations. The architect will own the R&D Operating Blueprint and lead initiatives that ensure productivity and coherence across teams.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of AI's role in shaping organizational dynamics and demonstrate the ability to design effective operating models that facilitate decision-making. This is a senior individual contributor role without direct reports.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in program management, organizational design, or operating model work.
• Genuine point of view on AI's impact on organizational dynamics.
• Ability to design and implement operating models.

Responsibilities

• Own and steward the R&D Operating Blueprint.
• Lead operating rhythm work, such as redesigns and post-mortems.
• Serve as the internal expert on AI-native process design.
