You will own QA delivery across enterprise programs, define testing strategies, and provide guidance to offshore teams. Strong communication and 5 years QA experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own QA delivery, quality outcomes, timelines, and release readiness for assigned enterprise projects.
• Define the technical testing strategy, approach, scope, priorities, and execution plan.
• Manage, guide, and oversee offshore QA resources throughout project delivery.
• Provide technical direction to offshore resources and ensure execution aligns with testing standards and automation strategy.
• Monitor offshore execution, identify risks and blockers, and drive issues to resolution.
• Remain hands-on and provide expertise in technical testing, automation, API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Assess automation frameworks and tools; propose new solutions and conduct POCs.
• Develop automation solutions across UI, API, and backend testing.
