- Experience in Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) setup and data governance.
- Experience in quality engineering transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Experience in Agile, devOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience in data warehouse and ETL testing.
- Experience in performance engineering and non-functional testing.
- Experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI adoption.
- Experience in Agentic AI- Agent Engineering
Responsibilities
- Lead process analysis initiatives using advanced techniques to identify opportunities and guide decisions.
- Evaluate complex IT solutions for efficiency and alignment with goals.
- Create technical materials to simplify process concepts for diverse audiences.
- Research process tools and vendor strategies to identify trends and innovations.
- Design architectural models and blueprints for process enhancements and automation.
- Develop proactive maintenance strategies to ensure system health and scalability
