Qualifications

• 5–10 years of software quality engineering/test automation experience.
• Experience designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and test management tools.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA, Section 508) and assistive technologies.
• Experience applying AI to testing, not just general AI knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated testing frameworks and test suites.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, accessibility, performance, and cross-browser testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases.
• Leverage AI-assisted testing capabilities to improve efficiency, coverage, and quality insights.
