Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Testing & Validation professional to develop and maintain automated test scripts using AI technologies for web, mobile, and backend applications. You will leverage AI-powered tools to generate and maintain test data, while performing targeted manual testing for story verification.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to create detailed test plans, track defects, and review quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of QA/testing and quality engineering experience.
• Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies.
• Quality certifications preferred.
• Experience with automated testing and AI-enabled testing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using AI technologies for Web/mobile/backend.
• Create detailed, comprehensive test plans and cases.
• Identify, document, track, verify defects.
• Review design plans, procedures, and quality manuals.
• Analyze data to identify trends and prevent defects.
• Work with development, product, and operations teams.
• Promote agile principles in the team.
