Job summary

Alston Construction is seeking an entry to early-career Project Scheduler to plan, monitor, and communicate schedules for Mission Critical projects, including data centers and high-performance facilities in Tulsa. This role emphasizes using AI tools to accelerate schedule development and reporting.

You will work with PMs and superintendents, develop baselines in Primavera P6 or MS Project, and maintain weekly updates while learning advanced scheduling and analytics.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 0–3 years of experience in scheduling or project controls.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project, Excel.
• Familiarity with AI tools in a work setting.
• Experience with Mission Critical construction, data centers, or MEP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain schedules for all project phases (design, procurement, construction, commissioning, turnover).
• Coordinate schedule alignment between structural, MEP, commissioning, and owner activities.
• Track milestones including Cx, IST, and turnover; support owner reporting requirements.
• Maintain schedule interfaces with subcontractor schedules and delivery logs; update logs.
• Use AI tools to draft narratives, delay analyses, and status reports; identify risks and critical paths.
• Assist in baseline schedule development using Primavera P6 or MS Project; update weekly.
