LeaderFactor LLC in Lehi, Utah, seeks a Part-time Product Support Specialist to own the support queue for our AI-enhanced platform used by enterprise clients worldwide. 10–15 hours per week with in-person Fridays preferred, remote-flexible, and a focus on documentation and troubleshooting.

You will work with the Client Success team, keep the knowledge base current, and handle billing tasks. This is a behind-the-scenes, written-communication heavy role with KPI reporting requirements.
