You'll translate governance, risk, and compliance needs into advisory, explainable AI that stays under human control while moving fast enough to matter, collaborating across UX, engineering, data science, and domain experts in a hybrid Charlotte setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including AI-enabled or data-driven products.
• Experience driving adoption via controlled rollouts and beta programs.
• Ability to define persona workflows and measurable ROI for intelligent features.
• Familiarity with multi-step agentic workflows and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Knowledge of AI governance principles to ensure compliance and oversight.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, data science, and domain experts.
• Strong stakeholder communication in evolving AI contexts.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for AI-powered experiences across product applications.
• Turn platform AI capabilities into persona-specific workflow value within governance standards.
• Identify high-impact opportunities and set measurable success criteria (adoption, acceleration, quality).
• Define expansion-readiness thresholds for scaling AI across products and tenants.
• Partner with platform product management to turn workflow needs into reusable capabilities.
• Translate platform primitives into structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and UX requirements.
• Use telemetry and user feedback to refine experiences and improve trust, usability, and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, and application teams to align AI delivery with the broader roadmap.
