Job summary

Profisee is seeking a Product Manager to join our product team and shape the future of our MDM platform. You will own a significant area, collaborating with engineering, design, pre-sales, customer success, and marketing to deliver capabilities that address enterprise data challenges.

This hands-on role goes beyond task management: you will conduct user research, define strategy, manage execution in agile teams, and communicate value to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience owning a product area end-to-end.
• Experience with agile engineering teams and sprint planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication to influence across levels.
• Track record translating customer research into product decisions.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of product capabilities from discovery to launch.
• Write clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination.
• Maintain momentum across parallel workstreams while ensuring quality.
• Track progress and communicate roadmap status to stakeholders.
