Job description

Mission and Purpose

Profisee exists to make Master Data Management easy, unlocking the power of trusted data. Our customers invest in Profisee to solve complex, enterprise‑wide data challenges and realize the full return on their Multi‑Domain MDM investment by expanding across domains, business units, and use cases. Generative AI, agentic automation, and enterprise data fabrics accelerate this need, and AI is a powerful dimension of the MDM roadmap we help customers build.

Role Overview

The MDM Transformation Advisor is a revenue overlay role laser‑focused on account expansion and helping existing customers assess their current state maturity, co‑develop a comprehensive MDM and AI roadmap, and unlock opportunities across additional business units, domains, and use cases. You are not a presales consulting role, nor a customer success or account management role; you sit across from a VP or C‑level stakeholder at an existing Profisee customer to assess where they are today and paint a compelling picture of where they could go.

Responsibilities
First 30 Days – Orient, Listen, and Align

Primary Objective: Build a thorough understanding of Profisee’s platform capabilities, the expansion landscape across your assigned accounts, and the frameworks you will use to identify and pursue growth opportunities.

  • Shadow and align: Attend discovery calls, demos, and customer QBRs with AEs to understand key opportunities and existing accounts.
  • Build your expansion toolkit: Review existing ROI models, Multi‑Domain frameworks, success stories, and playbooks; identify gaps.
  • Complete platform fluency: Complete Profisee Academy training to develop deep fluency in the platform’s data quality, stewardship, governance, and multi‑domain capabilities.
  • Define your target account list: Work with the CRO, Revenue Leadership, and AEs/CSMs to agree on a prioritized list of existing customers where current usage is limited to a single domain or business unit.
First 60 Days – Build and Deliver Your First Business Cases

Primary Objective: Be actively engaged with your priority accounts, delivering expansion roadmaps and cases that generate pipeline and move deals forward.

  • Own the business case process: Lead structured current‑state assessments covering existing usage, untapped domains, business units, data challenges, strategic initiatives, and AI ambitions.
  • Quantify the ROI of trusted data: Co‑develop account‑specific MDM and AI roadmaps that articulate where the customer is today, where they should go, and why it is the right path.
  • Executive engagement: Present roadmaps and business cases to VP‑level and above stakeholders in partnership with AEs.
  • Templatize and scale: Turn early roadmaps into reusable templates by vertical and expansion motion.
First 90 Days – Institutionalize and Drive Measurable Revenue Impact

Primary Objective: Demonstrate that the MDM Transformation Advisor function is a consistent driver of NRR growth and expansion pipeline across the installed base.

  • Pipeline contribution: Track expansion opportunities, roadmaps delivered, and NRR contribution from accounts you have touched.
  • Vertical playbooks: Publish at least two vertical‑specific expansion playbooks covering MDM and AI roadmap frameworks, AE‑ready talk tracks, current‑state assessment guides, financial model templates, and executive presentation decks.
  • Feedback loop: Work regularly with Product Marketing and the CRO to feed expansion intelligence back into the business.
Qualifications
  • Data and AI fluency: Deep understanding of data, generative AI, and MDM.
  • Executive presence and consultative selling: Earn trust quickly with senior stakeholders.
  • Translating complexity into clarity: Turn technical MDM and AI concepts into simple, compelling narratives.
  • Commercial instinct: Outcome‑obsessed with urgency, partnering with AEs as a co‑seller.
  • Business case architecture: Proven track record building financial models and executive presentations.
  • Collaborate and enable: Share learnings, build reusable IP, and invest in AE development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
Benefits
  • 401(k) plan.
  • Full health‑care coverage.
  • Life insurance.
  • Generous PTO.
